What is there to see and do?    
This area of southern France is well known for its cultural activities and events. Plan your visit around whatʼs on and happening in the calendar. There are also lots of day trips to take if youʼd like to tour the area.
                        
Can I take a wine tour?    
Biodynamic and organic winemaking is at the heart of La Verrière, and we love to share our knowledge and passion with guests. Learn about the award-winning Chene Bleu wine created on the estate, but also about the wines of the region and the world, through our courses. Take part in the vineyard activities and bespoke wine tours.
                        
Can I bring my children with me?
Yes, children of every age are warmly welcome. There is a climbing frame, ping pong table, children’s corner in the pool and plenty of things to do for families.
                        
Can La Verrière be used for private parties and corporate events?

Can I book the whole property?
If youʼre planning a larger get-together or special occasion, the entire estate can be booked exclusively for your private event.
                        
Can I host my wedding at La Verrière?
Youʼre welcome to host a wedding party and ceremony at the estate.
                        
Do the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom?
Yes, and the bedrooms at La Verrière each have their own characteristics and designs influenced by nature.
                        
Do you have hairdryers?    
Each of the guest rooms has a power hairdryer, as well many other facilities.
                        
What is the best time of year to visit?
Due to the high altitude of the estate, the four seasons throughout the year are very distinct, each providing guests with a variety of attractive opportunities. Find out more about spring, summer, autumn and winter on the estate. The guest house is open from April to October but the tasting room and the winery are open all year for day visitors.
                        
Is there a swimming pool?    
La Verrière has a heated outdoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a tennis court, a petanque court and an indoor gym. Find out more about the facilities and services.   
                        
Are cyclists welcome?    
This area of France is popular with cyclists, especially as the route for the Tour de France travels close by. La Verrière is a welcome respite for relaxation when cycling in Provence and we have a dedicated area for bicycles and gear.
                        
Is the property WiFi enabled?    
There is free, unlimited WiFi throughout the property, albeit challenged at times by our remote location. There are also outdoor plug sockets in the gardens and grounds for guests who wish to take advantage of the views while working or surfing.
                        
Do you have a concierge?    
La Verrière is lucky to have a wealth of worldly experience at its disposal. Please feel free to chat to the house manager, the butler or the director of hospitality if you have any specific questions, queries or requests.
                        
What time is breakfast?        
Breakfast is usually served from 8 to 10am but late breakfast can be arranged with prior notice.
                        
Are evening meals provided?    
If you are renting the full house, all meals are provided and the chef’s menus cater to all the preferences and dietary requirements of your group. 

If you are staying on a Bed & Breakfast basis, a continental breakfast is included. Lunch options are offered at the Winery tasting room by prior arrangement and evening meals are available with 24hr notice. Guests can dine on the alfresco terraces, or by prior arrangement at other locations, such as down by the pond, or by the pool. Do you cater for special diets?
Simply let the staff know about your preferred dietary requirements when you book (or as much in advance as possible) and this will be relayed to the chef preparing the food for the day.
                        
Are there any good restaurants in the neighbourhood?    
One of the highlights of Provence is food. Discover more about local restaurants and cafes. The renowned local market of Vaison-la-Romaine is located nearby and takes place on Tuesday mornings.
                        
Can I smoke?    
You may smoke in the designated smoking areas, such as the outdoor terraces and next to the Medieval garden. The interior of the house and the surrounding natural landscape are non-smoking areas.
                        
How do I get to La Verrière?
There are many trains, planes, automobiles and helicopters that can get you here. If you are coming by car download our instructions or set your GPS to go through Crestet.  At the moment we recommend using Waze as Google Maps sometimes puts people on unpaved back roads.  
                        
Can I book online? Is it secure?
Payments are processed by Paypal & Novaresa, a company specialising in boutique hotel reservations
                        
How do I search for availability?    
We recommend starting with the calendar online but if rooms appear as full, it is still worth checking with us by email or phone as there might be last minute changes (+33 (0) 4 90 06 32).
                        
How do I find out the prices?    
Our pricing varies by season, [click here for our rates] or for bespoke events and custom-made proposals - weddings, corporate events, special interest tourism - call us or email us for a quote.
        
What methods of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards (ie Mastercard, Visa), American Express, Paypal.
                        
Is there a cancellation policy?    
48 hour cancellation.
                        
When is check in and check out?    
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
                        
Do you offer late check-in?
Only by prior arrangement and if mutually agreed. In the case of unexpected delays, and outside of business hours, please call +33490100630, or on the Housemanager’s mobile which is included in the reservation confirmation email.
                        
Can I bring pets?
We love pets ourselves and have a large but well-behaved dog on the property. We accept pets on a case-by-case basis, no more than one at a time.
